The intention of this contract is to appoint PCMTBE & RBPSSB for a term contract covering the provision of comprehensive maintenance services. The scope includes both preventive maintenance and repair works for all equipment associated with the Quick Release Hook (QRH) and Marine Loading Arm (MLA) at the Port Jetty for PETRONAS Chemicals MTBE Sdn Bhd (PCMTBE).
The contract shall run for a period of three (3) years, with no option for extension, and will be executed in accordance with the agreed service packages. This long-term engagement reflects the commitment to ensuring continuous reliability, safety, and performance of critical marine equipment at the jetty facilities.
Under this contract, PCMTBE & RBPSSB will provide a full range of services including preventive, reactive (corrective), and proactive maintenance, as well as repair, servicing, testing, calibration, and balancing for all equipment associated with the QRH and MLA systems. These activities are essential to ensure operational integrity, minimise downtime, and support safe and efficient marine loading operations at the Port Jetty PCMTBE.
