The Kuliah Dhuha Programme, titled “Embracing the Arrival of Ramadan in Shaping Muslim Character”, along with a Yassin recitation session, was successfully conducted on 5 February 2026 at the RBPS Office, involving all RBPS staff. This programme formed part of the company’s internal initiatives aimed at nurturing spiritual well-being and fostering a positive workplace environment.
The main objective of the programme was to strengthen bonds among staff members while providing guidance and reflection in preparation for the blessed month of Ramadhan. Through the kuliah, staff were encouraged to enhance their understanding of spiritual values, self-discipline, and moral character, which play an important role in both personal development and professional conduct.
The successful implementation of this programme reflects RBPS’s commitment to promoting holistic development among its workforce. By organising programmes that focus on both professional and spiritual growth, the company continues to cultivate a harmonious working culture, mutual respect, and a strong sense of unity among its staff.
