The Onsite External Clamp 2.5m Flange Facing Project was successfully executed in February 2026 at a site located in Johor, with the involvement of the FM Team. The project was undertaken as part of specialised onsite maintenance activities requiring precision machining and strict adherence to safety and technical standards.
The main scope of work for this project was onsite flange facing, carried out using an external clamp method to restore the flange surface to the required flatness and finish. This process is critical to ensuring proper sealing, preventing leakage, and maintaining the integrity of flange connections without the need for dismantling or equipment shutdown.
All works were performed in accordance with approved procedures and safety requirements, reflecting the FM Team’s technical capability and commitment to operational excellence. Through the successful execution of onsite machining projects such as this, the company continues to support asset integrity, minimise downtime, and deliver reliable maintenance solutions to its clients.
