The Provision of (HPWJ) Exchanger Cleaning for TA PCG-PCC 2026 was successfully executed from 5 April 2026 to 18 April 2026 at PCG PCC Sdn Bhd, with the collaboration between Enproserve (M) East Coast Sdn Bhd and RBPS. This activity formed part of the planned turnaround (TA) maintenance programme aimed at ensuring the reliability and efficiency of process equipment.
The primary scope of work included tube cleaning, cover head cleaning, and air blowing, all of which are essential processes in maintaining the cleanliness and performance of heat exchangers. High Pressure Water Jetting (HPWJ) was utilised to effectively remove deposits, fouling, and contaminants, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency and reducing the risk of operational issues.
All cleaning works were carried out in accordance with established technical procedures and safety standards, reflecting the strong commitment of both parties to operational excellence and safety compliance. Through systematic maintenance activities such as this, the company continues to support equipment integrity, enhance process efficiency, and ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
