The Overhaul of Reactor Hot Water Pump was conducted on 13 April 2026 at both the RBPS Workshop and PCLA site, with the involvement of RBPS and UBF. This activity was part of planned maintenance works aimed at ensuring the continued reliability and efficiency of critical rotating equipment.
The primary objective of the overhaul was to inspect and assess the condition of the rotor and casing, which are key components affecting the pump’s performance. Detailed inspection and evaluation were carried out to identify any signs of wear, damage, or deviation from design specifications, allowing for appropriate corrective actions to be implemented.
All overhaul and inspection works were performed in accordance with established technical procedures and safety standards, reflecting the commitment of both parties to maintaining high levels of operational integrity. Through proactive maintenance activities such as this, the company continues to enhance equipment reliability, minimise operational risks, and support safe and efficient plant operations.
